Issues that exist in Human Societies invariably have a human dimension to them and must not be seen in isolation. Conflict and suffering are part of societies and nations, irrespective of our visibly distinct characteristics. Indeed, this is what links us at a fundamental level. Common Emotions; Common suffering; Common Concerns. These might manifest in different forms, when placed in specific social, economic and cultural settings, but underneath, what goes uncontrolled is the diabolical human nature.
On the same hand, Poetry, arising from the deep energy of life, has the power to speak out and throw light upon the human condition. Poetry is also therapeutic when we listen to the crying child within, hear him/her loud and then gather courage, wisdom, compassion, love and acceptance to calm this crying child.
