We take no responsibility for authors posting content for which they may not have sufficient copyrights, however, once reported to us, we will certainly remove that content from our website and pass on the email address or other details of people having infringed copyrights to legal authorities.

By registering on the Global Poetry website or creating your own poetry website, you agree that you will not post any type of content, including Poetry, for which you do not have sole copyrights. You also agree that if the Poetry that you have posted on the Global Poetry main site gets published and if you no longer own the copyright to that work, it is your responsibility to inform us and request us to remove your content from the site. If you no longer own the copyright for the content within your own registered Global Poetry site, then it is your responsibility to delete it.

By using this site or posting content on this site, you agree to never post content that is offensive in any form. We seriously condemn content or Poetry that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, abuse or denial of human dignity and by using this site you agree to adhere to this policy. If such content or Poetry is posted by you, we will remove it as soon as it is noticed and in extreme circumstances where your content poses any form of threat to individuals, societies or social institutions, we will pass on your details to appropriate legal authorities upon request.

Whilst using your own registered Global Poetry site, it is your responsibility to never allow comments of the nature described in the previous paragraph. If such content is found on your website, we reserve the right to disable your poetry website registered with us and also your user account.
