About Sumeet Grover
Sumeet Grover is a talented poet bursting forth with the irrepressible
energies and aspirations of youth. His voice is a call for victory over
despair toward a new world of happiness and peace. Influenced greatly
by the poetry and thought of Daisaku Ikeda, leader of a dynamic global
movement for peace, culture, and education--the Soka Gakkai International--Grover
himself, out of his own experience, calls upon the youth of the world
to overcome all obstacles to the joyful celebration of life.
His songs are a worthy contribution to the United Nations International
Decade for a Culture of Peace and Nonviolence for the Children of the
World (2001-2010). It is hoped that their publication will evoke creative
responses in poetry and life from other youthful leaders of the 21st century
world.
